Questions
How do I create my account?
You sign up with your email and a guided setup takes you step by step: your company, your Excel catalog, payments, your channels (website, WhatsApp, email) and your customers. During early access, we set up your account with you.
Do I need to install anything?
No. YaMitra runs in the browser, on computer, tablet and phone, and can be added to your home screen like an app. No servers or databases to manage.
What do I add to my website?
One line of code from your account, pasted where your products should appear. On WordPress, in a "Custom HTML" block. On Wix, with "Embed code". On Squarespace, in a "Code" block. No website? Just share your order link.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
To take card or direct debit payments, yes. You create or connect it in a few minutes from YaMitra, on Stripe's secure pages, and the money goes straight to your bank account. You can also use pay-on-invoice only.
How does WhatsApp connect?
With a number dedicated to your orders. You connect it to YaMitra through Meta's official window, and every customer message then lands in your order desk.
Are invoices available as PDF?
Yes. Each invoice carries your legal details and your customer's, is numbered without gaps, downloads as a PDF, is sent to the customer automatically and is ready for e-invoicing.
Where is my data?
In the YaMitra cloud, hosted in Europe and kept separate from other businesses. You can export everything at any time, or host your data in your own database.
